Currently the binaries manager uploads the packages to the data/htdocs/files/scipion/software/binary directory of scipion twiki service.

Maybe it makes more sense that the packages are uploaded here (since it is the downloads module of the web apps that serves the files)

In the mean time, we manually copy the desired package here, and then the web app access it through a symlink in its resources dir
