monores is a fully automatic method to determine the local resolution of electron microscopy maps.
Note: Some volumes are inside a spherical mask, if this is the case, please set "Is the original premasked?" to yes and provide the radius of the spherical mask.

Blocres must use 2 half maps. You must import the 2 halves and then choose them separetely in "Half 1" and "Half 2" parameters.
Once a method has finished, click on its box to show the Summary of Inputs and Outputs.
Click on the Analyze Results button to further analyze the results of each method.
For the resmap method, the resmap output charts will be accessible and can be downloaded using the download button. .
